downtown Hungtington Beach. Cottage now available remodeled in the same quality
as our other Beach Cottage "#1" steps from sand, shops & nightlife. The cottage is literally steps
away from the sand, boardwalk, pier, and dozens of restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops.

You will be enjoying your stay 1 block from Famous Huntington Beach, its Pier, and boardwalk. Not
only is it known as "Surf City USA," but it is also considered one of the safest cities in the US.
The Cottage is located 1 block from Main Street with dozens of restaurants, pubs, boutique shops,
and nightlife.

This Beach Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath, single family home on a shared lot. It is located
behind owners' house, but has it's own separate entrances, patio, and privacy. The Beach Cottage
also has a laundry room onsite. Cottage has been remodeled with new paint, new flooring,
and new furniture.

First bedroom contains full size bed, and flat screen color television with satellite channels.

Second bedroom contains two twin size beds, which upon request may be connected to "create a King
bed," and flat screen color television with satellite channels.

Living room contains full size sleeper sofa which sleeps two, and flat screen television with
satellite channels.

Wireless high speed internet access available.

No Smoking, No Pets.

* Huntington Beach Pier: Go fishing, have lunch or dinner at Ruby's Diner, located at the end of
the pier.

* Huntington Beach Boardwalk, go for a morning or sunset walk, ride a bike, skate, or go for a run
along the beach. Also have lunch or dinner at Duke's or Chimayo's and people watch.

Nightly rates above no hidden costs

Sept-May: 2 night minimum

June-August: 4 night minimum.  Dates inclusive of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve/Day shall  will require a 4 night minimum.

$500/Reservation Fee (Applies to Rent)
No Security Deposit if no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

$100/Cleaning Fee

Note: Receipt of $500 Reservation Fee will be required toreserve requested dates.
