has two bedrooms two full baths and  has been completely remodeled with travertine and wood 
floors,travertine bathrooms, fresh beach white with earth tones. Granite counter tops in the 
kitchen. New gorgeous stone fireplace. Washer/Dryer inside the unit and a single car garage. A 
private deck with a spectular ocean view. The property is located on the Bluff  next to the 
exclusive Headlands Reserve with lots selling in the Millions. The condo next door is a years lease 
for $2900.a month, but has not been remodeled but is the same floor plan and same great view.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is completely furnished. Linen and Towels.One bedroom has a King bed the second bedroom 
has a Queen bed and the sofa in the Living room is a sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is fully stocked 
with dishes, silverware pots and pans and Dishwasher.  Has TV, BBQ, Patio furniture and 
washer/dryer. 

Activities and Attractions

Walk on the beach, watch the gorgeous sun sets, surf and visit the many great restaurants in the 
area. The Dana Marina is just a short drive going South on the Pacific Coast highway where you will 
find boating tours and many shops and restaurants.  Sea World is about 45 min going South to San 
Diego and Disneyland is about 45 min going North on the freeway. Los Angeles is approx. 1 1/2 hours 
drive going North on the freeway
