Our Neighborhood and Beaches are Family Oriented.
Located in lovely Gulf Port Village where the quiet neighborhood and beaches are relaxing.
The House is located on corner of 5th Row, (2nd block)
approximately 1-2 minute walk to beach walkover (1-1/2 short blocks from front stairway).
Beach walkover at end of road is accessible by pedestrian or golf carts only!
Stops traffic going through neighborhood making it safer for kids to play and travel to the beach.
Beach is accessible to auto's by going 1 block to the east or west from the Gulf Port
Village entrance. If you like crowds and excitement, a beach drive 3 miles to the east is all it takes.
Or, visit the sites in Galveston, we are approximately 7 miles from the Galveston Ferry.
The house is 3 bedrooms/2 baths, approximately 7 years old, very well maintained, and
beautifully decorated.
Base ceilings are 9' with raised ceilings in the living areas and master bedroom.
Ceiling fans throughout the house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen.
The 3rd bedroom has a double and 3 singles.
There are also 2 roll-away beds and a queen sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen, breakfast, and living room are open with lots of windows facing the beach.
There is a bar between the kitchen and breakfast room.
A large pantry and utility room are located off the kitchen .
The Front Deck is 20' x 54' w/9' under roof, (9' of shaded deck).
Upper deck includes picnic table, swings, and wicker furniture.
Downstairs is fully cemented with swings, (incl. hammock) picnic table
and covered parking.  Also has downstairs shower w/ hot water.

There is a popular bird sanctuary just a few miles down the beach
Several restaurants and clubs on the peninsula
Visit Fort Travis Seashore Park w/kids playground area
Or, take a trip across the ferry to Galveston where there are many museums, parks,
historical sites and famous restaurants. (Such as the Lone Star Aviation Museum, Railroad Museum,
Oil Rig Museum, Clipper Ship Museum, The Bishops Palace, Tropical Atrium, Fish Aquarium,
Schlitterbahn Water Park, Old Down Town Strand, Gaido's Restaurant, and much, much more.)
Or just cruise the famous Sea Wall Boulevard.
