New to rental market in 08.Cabin has new 125 amp electric service. All the
water lines and plumbing fixtures are new.
Kitchen area has new stove,refrigerator, range hood, cabinets,
counter top and sink. Equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, mixer, and all necessary utinsels. Shower bathroom has all new fixtures. Interior
walls are Pickwick pine paneled or newly sheet rocked. Easy to mop
tile floors. Bedroom 1 has double bed and bureau
Living area has flat screen wall TV, LazyBoy sleep sofa, a window air
conditioner and a vented Jodul propane fireplace and a talking smoke and carbon monoxide detector. French doors give a view of beach.
Bedroom (2) has queen futon, dresser,electric fireplace,TV, DVD & VHS. A cot
is also available.

Cabin is located in Dingley Cove on Lake Sebago at Raymond/ Casco line
where the water is calm for family swimming. The Dingley Islands are
located in the Casco section of Sebago lake.The islands create both a
picturesque and protected environment for small craft, canoes and
kayaks. Launch and dock are 100 ft from cabin. Cabin has gated
deck for your child or pet's safety and your vacation relaxation. Walk
in sandy beach is great for children . Shade or sun at beach.Eat outside on the deck or at beach. Picnic tables available. No need to pack and drive for the beach or to use your boat. Grassy area for horse shoes or croquet (provided). Cabin is located at waterfront about 1/4 mi down dirt road off Raymond Cape Rd. in woods at waters edge.
SEBAGO LAKE (BIG SEBAGO) is an enormous body of water (the 2nd largest
in Maine), covering 28,771 acres, with a maximum depth of 316 ft. Its
borders extend approximately 8 miles by 10 miles with a distance of 35
miles around. A 9 car ferry travels out to Frye Island and it's homes and 9 hole golf course.
Travel by boat and stop for ice cream on the island.
This is an excellent fishing lake, still called "home of the land-locked salmon."
The BEST amenity is the very tranquil setting under the tall pines but sun and shade at the water.

has Songo Queen paddle boat ride through the working locks, plane rides,
para sailing, water tricycles and boat rentals, restaurants and tourist souvenirs. Marked walking trails in woods (ski mobile trails )behind home plate at ballfield. Less than 45 min to Fryeberg
