Ski Enthusiasts - Litchfield Hills has Connecticut’s largest downhill Ski area, Mohawk Mountain in  
Cornwall, Ski Sundown in New Hartford, and Woodbury Ski & Racquet in Woodbury Ct which is just 6  
miles away from your home. In addition, there are miles of pristine trails for cross country skiing.   
Lake Lillinonah is a Hidden Treasure. Only 8 Miles away or an easy 10 minute drive.  Canoe and Kayak  
enthusiasts as well as pleasure boaters, fisherman and water skiers can enjoy the heavenly lake. From  
its headwaters in the Housatonic River in New Milford, Lake Lillinonah extends 12 miles covering 1900  
acres with 45 miles of shoreline. The Lake is one of Connecticut’s premier fishing lakes. The state  
record for the largest Northern Pike was set there. The lake also ranks first in the state for bass  
growth and one of the highest in the state for Bass population densities. If you like to fish, you’re  
only a few miles from some of the best fishing in the state of Connecticut.
