Vacation Rental Description

Our condo has 2 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 6.  The master suite has a 
king-sized bed, private bath with a separate garden tub and shower, as 
well as a large walk-in closet.  The guest suite has queen sized bed 
with adjoining bath.  The living room has a sofa with queen-sized 
sleeper.  There is a dining table and bar stools for your dining 
pleasure.  The kitchen is generously equipped with dining table ware 
and cooking utensils.  There is a side-by-side refrigerator with ice 
service on the door, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  There 
are 3-Cable TV's, DVD, stereo and internet connection! 
 
Master bedroom has Glass windows from floor to Ceiling  sleep to the 
nice sounds of the ocean! 
 
Living area and Master bedroom has private Balcony

Vacation Rental Amenities

Boardwalk Beach Resort Condo offers wave runners, sailboats, and 
parasailing off its private beach (surcharges). Guests can swim in a 
free form outdoor pool with cascading waterfall, or soak in two spa 
tubs. An activities center is available for planning local excursions, 
watching a plasma TV, gathering with friends for a game of cards, and 
more. The resort also offers a kids club with crafts, movies, and 
Splash Zone pool with interactive shooting fountains and water toys. 
 
Relax in the hot tubs just steps away from the beach! Enjoy a drink or 
a full meal at the Tiki Bar which also has live entertainment Thursday 
through Saturday nights.  
 
The Boardwalk also offers you optional daily or weekly access to its 
state of the art fitness center. Activities for the kids are available 
as well in the summer months and Wednesday night is movie night right 
on the beach!! The kids just love it!  
 
The resort property, though convenient to many attractions, is 
comfortably removed from the hustle and bustle of the city in the 
popular Thomas Drive area. Walk the beach to nearby Spinnaker or 
Pineapple Willie's and a 10 minute drive to the new Pier Park which 
has a new Jimmy Buffets's "Margaritaville" and many more great 
restaurants and wonderful shopping. A short drive or walk to bumper 
boats, go carts, miniature golf and more. Championship golf course is 
across the street from the resort as well.

days) after checkout and no signs of damage or smoking. If you SMOKE
