Our house is gorgeous and immaculate, with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas, and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a huge walk-in closet, double sinks, an oversized soaker tub, and direct access to the back yard.  (Note:  the master suite is accessed through the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds.)  Small four-legged friends will discover a private exit leading to a shaded, protected side lot where they can enjoy the Arizona outdoors.

You will not find a rental property better located for your visit to Phoenix. Start your mornings off with a 10-minute stroll to the neighborhood Starbucks (you will not have to cross a single traffic light). Throw some steaks on the barbeque grill and dine outdoors by the pool or under our covered patio. During the day, enjoy a dip in our Pebble-Tec pool (not heated), or simply enjoy a good read while relaxing by the waterfall. At night, unwind by the pool under the stars.

We have great freeway access (AZ 101 and 202) and Sky Harbor Airport is only five miles away. A twenty minute walk takes you to ASU, Sun Devil Stadium, and Tempe’s Mill Avenue. Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Marketplace are both one mile south. A three mile drive east will take you past an old-fashioned drive-in theater featuring first-run movies, a beautiful green belt with acres of parks and trails, and the massive Casino Arizona. Less than five miles north of our home is downtown Scottsdale with world-class shopping, dining, and night life. Papago Park, with miles of hiking, biking and horse riding trails, is directly beside our neighborhood and houses both the Phoenix Zoo and beautiful Desert Botanical Gardens. And, you will find no fewer than seven golf courses within a ten mile radius of our home.

Also consider making this house your home base for further adventures. Tucson and Sedona are each less than two hours away. The Grand Canyon is a four hour drive. Las Vegas is an easy one hour flight. San Diego and L.A. can be reached in six hours.
