Our large one bedroom beach waterfront rental is uniquely set in Mission
Beach which is located between the beautiful, scenic and quiet Mission Bay and the wild Pacific Ocean.  Each morning, from your patio table,  you can watch the sun elevate over the horizon to caste its first light across the shimmering water awakening a new day to the beach as you sip your first morning's coffee or tea.  Then after a fabulous day at the beach or sight seeing around our amazing city, evening arrives and you have front row seats from your own patio, in the summer season, for Sea World's nighly fire works display.  

 Perfect for a single traveler,  couples or small families.  Step out your Bay front
patio door right to the sand. Put on your skates, hop on a bike or
leisurely walk for miles on the boardwalk located along the water.
You can rent almost any thing you need with in a 5 minute walk. World class
surfing, sailing, golfing, and fishing are all easily accessible from
in just minutes or right off the shoreline.

First and formost our greatest amenity is our location on the beach.  It is why people have chosen and have returned for many years. Our units are well maintained and impeccably clean for your comfort and enjoyment.   We prepare the rentals with your comfort in mind and create a place where you can enjoy all the beach as to offer.  Yet, this one bedroom has a special feel to it that has given many vacationers just what they wanted.

We always provide 100% crisp cotton linens with fluffy bath towels and each deliciously comfortable queen bed has 4 pillows on each
for that extra bit of comfort.  Beach towels and beach chairs are provided to ease your load and get you ready for your days in the sand.

Our one bedroom is very spacious and tastefully and brightly decorated to reflect the gorgeous San Diego climate.  This unit is perfect for a single traveler, couples, as well as small families.

The bedroom comes with a queen for your comfort and is decorated in bright and pleasant colors.

The sofa opens to accommodate an extra guest.

Your living room glass doors open out to the sand and sparkling bay.  Small touches, just to make your stay a bit nicer such as first morning tea or coffee, kitchen supplies, interesting books, a binder with information about your unit, the area and activities for your stay.

Step outside your door and the sand and water are at your feet. The
area is sea-level with no hills, so you can walk for miles, skate,
ride a bike or just relax in your beach chair, provided for you, with
no agenda at all. If you feel the need to see more of San Diego, this
city has many fine attractions within just minutes by car.

• May 21 - June 24, 2011 $1395.00 - $1495.00 (weekly only Sat to Sat)

• June 25 - Labor Day $1495.00 - $1595.00 (weekly only Sat to Sat)

• Holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Spring Break - Call for rates
• Call for winter nightly ( 4 night minimum) and winter monthly rates

Tax 10.5% of rental rate
Cleaning fee $120.00
Refundable damage deposit $300.00
We accept personal checks or Credit Cards through PayPal with a convenience fee added
Reservation Deposit to be recieved by 5 days after booking in order to hold your dates.  

Balance due schedules:

Summer: 90 days in advance of arrival date

Winter: 90 days in advance for any bookings of 2 weeks or longer

Winter: single week bookings 60 days in advance
