Vacation Rental Description

Special Rate for May 23 to June 22 - $1500. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath oceanfront condominium unit is 
located in Ponce Inlet, a no drive beach that 
offers additional privacy.  It is close to shopping, golf, the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and a 
variety of restaurants.  It is approximately 5 miles from Daytona Beach and 10 miles from New Smyrna 
Beach (by car).  The condominium has a living area of 1374 sf.  The balcony is 136 sf and the lanai 
is 258 sf, for a total of 1768 square feet. Charter fishing, parasailing and boat rentals make this 
an ideal spot for families.  The unit has underground parking directly below the building for quick 
access.   The unit is on the fourth floor, offering a picturesque view of the beach on the balcony 
and beautiful sunsets on the riverside via the screened in porch.

 

The master suite offers a queen bed with wraparound windows overlooking the beach. As well as a TV 
for your late night viewing pleasure.  The bath has a large roman tub and separate enclosed shower 
with double sinks.  The guest room has two single beds and walk in closet and also has a TV. As well 
as a futon to be used as a couch or for additional sleeping needs.  The guest bath is attached and 
also a separate entrance from the hall.  It contains a walk in shower and single sink vanity.  The 
living room features a wraparound leather sofa which faces a triple sliding glass door that 
overlooks the ocean.  The oceanfront balcony has two oversized beach chairs with cushions.  The 
living area has a TV with DVD and VCR components and a Bose wave radio.  The dining area seats 4 
with two bar stools that can be used on the kitchen island.  The kitchen offers granite countertops, 
a flat top stove, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator.  Dishes and other utensils are 
supplied.  The laundry room offers full size washer and dryer.  The porch has a patio set and lock 
up area with beach chairs ready for you to use.  There are three pools to choose from with their own 
hot tubs.  One of the pools is heated in the winter months.
