This provides both water access at your door, as well as noise reduction from being on the main lake itself.  The second beach available to you is conveniently located one house down and is open to those people ONLY in that residential area...which includes you!

This vacation home accommodates 8-12 people very comfortably by providing 2 family rooms and a living room, as well as 2 kitchens, on three levels of living space and multiple decking. This spacious home includes seperate living quarters that provides a perfect layout to accommodate older parents, teenagers, or a couple.

If you are looking for even larger accommodations, please consider renting a second home (right next door) to add additional sleeping space for 12-13 more people. A great combination to house 24 people!

Interior:
This home includes cable, Wifi, laundry facilities and air conditioning....aren't you relieved?!  The main level of the home features a family room with a fireplace and sofa sleeper, large living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry area with a washer and dryer, a 1/2 bathroom, and large windows to remind you that you are "waterfront living".

The upper floor has a full size bathroom (linens graciously included), as well as 3 additional bedrooms.  One bedroom has a king size bed, another bedroom houses a queen size bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The lower level of the home is fully furnished with a family room that includes a futon, kitchen and dining area, as well as a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. The lower level is a walkout to the beach as well, so it's both private and functional.

Exterior:
This home sits in a quiet and friendly residential area on Silver Lake. The home has a large deck with a gas grill to relax and entertain on, and the sunsets are included (free of charge). A great place to wake up in the morning and enjoy your first cup of coffee; while listening to the early morning chirping of the birds!

The lawn is nicely manicured up to the beach and includes a firepit for the evening visits and "smores" around the fire. A private dock is included, as well as a paddle boat to explore the islands on the lake.  A boat launch is only a few doors down, and ALL boats are welcome on this "All Sports Lake".

So, bring your boat or rent one of ours.  Enjoy the water....isn't that why you picked Traverse City?!

The location for this home is spectacular! It sits only 4 miles to downtown Traverse City, 5 miles from Chums Corners, and 6 miles to the fabulous Frog Pond Village for those of you who are attending a wedding reception or family reunion.

This area hosts many activities such as the Cherry Festival, art shows and galleries, wine tours and tasting, Sleeping Bear Dunes, parasailing, catamaran cruises, sailing charters, and all possible watercraft rentals, hiking, biking, Interlochen Arts Academy, casino's, fabulous dining on the water, and many unique shops to explore!

      Weekends $825.00 2 nights, $1050.00 3 nights

Boat Rentals:
This home has a pontoon boat onsite and a private dock.  The pontoon rental with this home has been price reduced (50%) to $600.00/week!  Jetski's, power boats, water trampolines, fishing boats, dingy, and sail boats are also available to rent. Ask our concierge service about pricing and availability.
