Situated on Silver Lake with over 100 feet of private frontage that is set in a cove. This provides both water access at your door, as well as noise reduction from being on the main lake itself.  The SECOND beach available to you is conveniently located one house down and is open to those people ONLY in that residential area...which includes you!

This vacation home accommodates 8-12 people very comfortably by providing two family rooms and a living room, as well as 2 kitchens, on three levels of living space and multiple decking. This spacious home includes seperate living quarters that provides a perfect layout to accommodate older parents, teenagers, or a couple.

If you are looking for even larger accommodations, please consider renting a second home  to add additional sleeping space for 12-13 more people. A great combination to house 24 people!  There are 2 nearby .   One of them is next door.

Interior:
This home includes :cable Tv.....laundry facilities....air conditioning....gas fireplace....3 floors of spacious living areas.....4 bedrooms  (plus 2 sofa sleepers)......2 1/2 baths....2 living rooms....a family room....full kitchen on the main floor....a kitchenette in lower level....2 dining areas adjoin kitchen that together seat 12.....2 decks....a private dock and beach....a paddle boat

A pontoon is available for rental from owner.     The  rate is $700  a week  or $150 per day ( plus gas and instruction fee.)

The upper floor has a full size bathroom (linens graciously included), as well as 3 spacious bedrooms.   Two bedrooms have a king size bed,  and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The main floor has a spacious living room ....plus an equally spacious family room that are seperated by the kitchen an 2 dining areas that seat 12.   There is a laundry and a 1/2 bath with entry from the foyer. 

The lower level of the home is fully furnished with a family room that includes a futon, kitchen and dining area, as well as a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. The lower level is a walkout to the beach as well, so it's both private and functional.

Exterior:
This home sits in a quiet and friendly residential area on Silver Lake. The home has a large deck with a gas grill to relax and entertain on, and the sunsets are included (free of charge). A great place to wake up in the morning and enjoy your first cup of coffee; while listening to the early morning chirping of the birds!

The lawn is nicely manicured up to the beach and includes a firepit for the evening visits and "smores" around the fire. A private dock is included, as well as a paddle boat to explore the islands on the lake.  A boat launch is only a few doors down, and ALL boats are welcome on this "All Sports Lake".

So, bring your boat or rent ours.  Enjoy the water....isn't that why you picked Traverse City?!

Sept 25, 2010 - May 21 , 2011 $325/nt, $2000 week,( 2 day min. stay.) Also offered for monthly rate  Dec through April.(minimum 3 months/ maximum 5 months)   (Monthly rate applies to longer term lease and does not include utilities. Please call for information.)

Seasonal 2011 Rates:
May 21 - June 11  $350/nt, $2300 week, 2 day min. stay
      
June 11 - September 3  $2900.00 per week   (Weeks run Saturday to Saturday)

- September 3- September 24,  $2300 weekly- $350/nt, ( 2 day min. stay)
