Rates below are for occupancy of 8 
Nightly: 295.00 Security Dep: 250.00 (min 2 nights) 
Weekly: 1,000.00 Security Dep: 500.00 
 
 
Mish Charges: Non Refundable 
Pet Fee: 100.00  
Cleaning Fee 150.00

** Prices are different on all major Holidays Please inquire. 
** Memorial weekend, Labor Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, all require a minimum of 3 nights stay 
** 7.78% lodging taxes due apply for all stays under 30 days 
 
50% of total stay is due upon reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
1. ALL CANCELLATIONS must be in writing and cancellation fees do apply. 
2. One time cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged on any and all cancellations 
3. Deposit will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days notice is given and received 
4. Rent, taxes and all fees will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days notice is given and  
received 
 
Form of Payments accepted: 
1. Visa, Master Card, Discover (fees do apply for all credit card charges up to 2.5%) 
2. Cash in office only and during regular office hours 9-5 Monday-Friday only. 
3. Wire Transfer 
4. Money order or cashiers check (must be sent 2 day delivery)
