distance to market, restaurants, shops, theater and amusement parks, hot dog on a stick, frozen  
bananas, famous balboa icecream bars and many more fun activities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unique one of a kind house has huge grassy fenced yard for your children to play in. Generous  
parking  
for at least two cars. 
House has plasma TVs, DVD players, Cable TV, wireless internet, ceiling fans, granite counter tops  
and travertine floors. BBQ and full kitchen amenites, diswasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots and  
pans, washer and dryer in house etc. 
Generous downstairs family room with TV, fireplace and adjacent spacious dining room.  
Upstairs sitting room with game table, TV and additonal microwave, refrigerator and outdooor sun  
deck.

Boardwalk on the sand allows safe path for long walks, rollerblading, & biking. Easy bike ride to  
charming Balboa Island and the Newport and Balboa Piers. Fun harbor cruise of Newport. Gondola  
rides. Rent a boat, or jet ski. Take the Catalina Flyer for a day trip to Catalina Island.

Vacation Rental Rates

$4000 - $4500 per week rental 
10% City Tax 
$250 Cleaning Fee 
$1000. Refundable Security Deposit 
A deposit is required to hold a specific week for you.  Payment in full is due prior to your arrival. 
Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.  Check in 3:00 p.m., Check out 9:30 a.m.
