Vacation Rental Rates

Advance payment of reservation plus a security deposit is required.  
One (1) year lease ideal, will consider shorter term in season. One month minimum stay. Asking $2500  
to $3,000 per month. Negotiable. We'll work it out – the rent, the deposit, the utilities. Available  
April 1, 2008.
