This rental is for two cottages located side-by-side on the property. No single cottage rentals are allowed May-September.
A great multi-family vacation! One cottage is new construction, the other is completely remodeled and are nestled in a beautiful, quiet wooded area on 120 feet of private shoreline on South Lake Leelanau. Your vacation will be filled with memories of swimming, fishing, and fantastic sunsets. Located on over one acre to just sit and relax! The dock into the lake is ideal for fishing for Walleye and Bass or just enjoying the view. The lakeside fire pit is great for sunset watching and marshmallow toasting. Both units include a fully equipped kitchen. Cost includes both cottages - no single cottage rentals. Email or call for information and availability. Camping and tenting are not allowed.

Cottage 1: New construction! 1 bedroom on main floor plus a Loft, one bath, sleeps four to six (Bedroom 1 = Double bed, Loft = 2 double beds)
Cottage 2: 560 square feet, two bedrooms, one bath, sleeps four to six with Sleeper Sofa in living room. (Bedroom 1 = Double bed, Bedroom 2 = twin bunk beds, Comfort Sleeper sofa in living room)

Local Activities and Attractions:
Boating:
-Lake Leenlanau is an all sports lake for boating and water skiing – bring your own motor boat.
-A boat launch is nearby and you can dock it at the cottage.
-You can take your boat to the town Leland or Cedar for excellent dining, sight-seeing or shopping.
-Gas service for your boat is available at several locations on the lake.
Local towns:
-Located just five minutes from the village of Lake Leelanau where you’ll find a quaint town with full-service market, terrific restaurants, and antique shops.
-Leland – featuring historic Fishtown Marina.
-Glen Arbor – Cherry Republic.
-Northport
-Suttons Bay offers a great Art Fair the first weekend in August and is nice if you enjoy shopping.
Site Seeing:
-Visit the historical Grand Traverse Lighthouse at Leelanau State Park. Located in a beautiful park at the tip of the Leelanau Peninsula.
-Take a day trip to the dune climb at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park.
Shopping:
-Traverse City is 30 minutes South.
-Glen Arbor is 30 minutes West.
-Suttons Bay is only 10 minutes East.
Wine tasting and tours:
You’ll be staying in prime cherry country, with several orchards and wineries nearby, many offer tours and wine tasting.
Other activities:
-Golf at the nearby Leelanau Club.
-Biking. The Cherry Capital Cycling Club hosts an annual Leelanau Harvest Tour that bikes through scenic Leelanau County in September.
-The Crystal River is great for kayaking
-Leelanau Sands casino is 15 minutes away, just north of Suttons Bay
-Turtle Creek Casino near Traverse City is 45 minutes away

May - September 6: $3,500/week (weekly only, 2 cottages, Sat-Sat) + $100 cleaning fee
April, September 7 - October: $500/night (2-night minimum) + $100 cleaning fee
