Waterfront beach house on the bay, approximately 1/2 mile to beach in
quiet family-oriented community on Ocean City, MD - Delaware border.
Clean and well maintained. Room for maximum of 16 people. Lower level
has 3 bedrooms (with queen beds) and 1 full bathroom. Upstairs loft
has 1 full bathroom, 3 queen beds and 2 full beds.
New kitchen, sun room, new carpet, furniture. Cable TV and DVD in living
room and master bedroom. Row boat available. Feel free to bring your
own boat or wave runner. 5 car maximum parking.
2:00 pm check-in, 10:00 am check-out. Families only. No Senior Week rentals. Please no pets or smoking.

Air Conditioned, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge, oven,
toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, high chair, porta-crib, lite
stroller. Fully equiped kitchen with dishes, silverware and cooking
utensils, bathroom tissues provided. Outside has a deck, dock, pier,
gas grill, outdoor shower, row boat, beach chairs. We even have crab
traps!
All beds have mattress pads, pillows and comforters. You need to
bring bed sheets and pillow cases, bath/beach towels. Don't forget
your toothbrush!
