Vacation Rental Description

Come join us in the beautiful high desert of Central Oregon where we have 300+ days of sunshine and 
have a world of outdoor recreation available.  You'll enjoy our comfortable home set in a delightful 
park-like setting, it'll be quite relaxing.  Sit and read a book in the Sitting Room while enjoying 
the view of our little vineyard, the grapes may be ready for picking, help yourself.  
Take a stroll to the local park and let the kid's enjoy the large playground, take advantage of the 
running trails or shoot some hoops.
Going to the Mountain or exploring the Cascade Lakes? It's a straight shot to Century Drive.
Just 5 min to the Shops at the Old Mill, Les Schwab Amphitheater and downtown.  It's only a couple 
min to Costco, Whole Foods, Safeway, Barnes & Noble and much more.
There's plenty of parking, even room for a trailer, boat or RV.
Enjoy the High Desert Summer Nights around the outdoor fireplace on the back patio while BBQ.  
We also offer a couple service options that you may not find elsewhere. 
       1. "Stock the Fridge":  We'll do your grocery shopping for you so it's here waiting for your 
arrival.  Simply give us your grocery request, limited to items found at Costco, Whole Foods or 
Safeway and for $50 or 20%, whichever is more plus the cost of the groceries and the work is done so 
you can get right down to enjoying your vacation.
       2.  Do you have some favorite TV programs that you can't bear to miss?  Let us know and we'll 
set the Tivo to record them so you won't miss it.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekdays - Sunday check-in to Thursday check-out: $125 per night
Weekends - Thursday check-in to Sunday check-out: $135 per night 2 night minimum
           Add Monday check-out on weekend package for only $75 more!!
Week specials - Check-in any day, stay 7 days/6 nights for $750.00 ($125 per night)
Security Deposit: 50% of stay up front to reserve 
Pets: $35 per dog, (3 dogs max)
Cleaning fee: $100
City of Bend: 10% tax
"Stock the Fridge": $50 or 20%, whichever is more plus cost, limit to Safeway, Whole Foods and 
Costco.
Deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation.  100% of reservation required no later than 
30 days prior to stay or reservation may be cancelled and loss of deposit.
Cancellation requirements: Full refund of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to stay. 50% of booked 
stay non-refundable if cancelled 14 or more days prior, 100% of booked stay non-refundable if 
canceled with less than 14 days notice.
