Vacation Rental Description

You will enjoy this comfortable studio with queen bed and a full
private bath for a max of 1-2 quiet people. This is a non-smoking
property in Enchanted Lake, Kailua a 5 min. drive to Kailua Beach. 

You'll enjoy beautiful Kailua beach with it's incredible blue and
turquoise colors. It made the Conde Naste top 10 beaches in the world.

The studio has a microwave, small refrig, toaster, coffee maker, rice
cooker/steamer, hotplate. Dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, glasses
and cups. Free on street parking and coin washer/dryer on prem. 

Equipped with soap, shampoo, blow dryer, towels, linens, beach towels,
iron and alarm clock.  

Surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking
equipment is available for rent at shops right along the way to the
beach. 

You'll enjoy each fabulous day in paradise, in upscale Kailua, the
best place to live or vacation in Hawaii. Walk to McDonald's, the
Shack(hamburgers), Safeway, restaurants, shopping and the bus.
 
Also 5 min. drive to public tennis & basketball courts, olympic public
pool, and  library.

Horseback Riding, Cinemas, Sightseeing, golfing-Luana Hills (like
Juraissic Park) and Olomana Golf Courses

On Oahu, the most popular attractions: Hanauma Bay, Arizona Memorial,
Bishop Musesum, Iolani Palace, the State Capitol are about a 
25 minute drive away. World famous Waikiki, Diamond Head 
Crater (45 min. hike) about 35 min., & the Polynesian Cultural Center
& North Shore (famous Big wave surfing beaches, ie., Waimea Bay are a
45 minute drive.

 

Vacation Rental Rates

$55-65/night. $375-$425/week. plus 11.91% taxes and $70 cleaning fee.
Grand total low season rate: $489/wk. taxes and cleaning included.
Max. 2 quiet people. Strictly nonsmoking,please, owner has asthma.
($300 clean-up penalty for ANY smoking.)
