Vacation Rental Description

Location: 240 West Pacific Avenue - Villas, NJ 08251
Lovely fully remodeled vacation Delaware Bayview home.  Minutes from Cape May, Wildwood and the 
ferry.

Sleeps 9! Four bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with walk in showers.  One bedroom and bath on the 
first floor which is great for seniors.

Pet friendly. Gated yard. Indoor gate provided to keep pet in kitchen while you are at the beach.
New Central air conditioning. Ceiling fans in most rooms. Great breezes off the bay. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three TVs (one LCD/HD), DVD and VCRs. Cable provided.  Videos, games, books provided for your 
entertainment.

Large folding table and chairs available for parties.  Washer, Dryer, Microwave, coffeemaker, 
blender, iron, coffee grinder, refrigerator, oven on site. Local grocery stores within walking 
distance. Get delivery of great 'shrimp poppers or crab cakes dinners' with all the trimmings from 
local eatery located right down the street. 

Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie board, floaters and picnic cooler available for beach fun. 
Deck has chairs, table, recliner and large unbrella. 

Hang your beach towels and bathing suits on the outside clothesline. Outside hose to wash off the 
beach sand.
 
Off-street parking for 3 cars. Room for your boat, kayak, etc.  On-street parking is no problem. 

Activities and Attractions

Watch the sunsets, search for star constellations at night or eat your breakfast early morning 
watching the migrating shore birds on your second floor deck.  Children love sleeping outside on the 
deck under the stars. 

Like to be outside?  Cook outside on the gas grill. Play frisby or ride your bikes.  

Like to move?  Safe walking, bike riding, jogging in the quiet and restful neighborhood.  
Friendly people. 

Like Beach activities?  Quiet, pristine Beach is across the street.  Fishing, shell collecting, 
kayaking, sailing are all up to you.  Great for picnics and watching the glorious sunsets.  Wash up 
in private outside shower.

Just like to rest?  This is a very quiet area. Get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist 
traps.  Chill out in the sunroom or on the deck.  You will truly be on 'Vacation' in this home. 

Where is the beach and ocean?
 
1. Of course, my beach in the Villas is the bay and it is right across the street although swimming 
is bay water- not like the ocean. Accessed by a very short path. I like to swim there - it doesn't 
get deep and can be murky at times.  Free.  Dogs need to be on leash. 
 
2. THE OCEAN at Cape May beaches: it is 12 minutes and 5.3 miles to get to Cape May beaches and the 
ocean from my address in the Villas.  Need to buy beach tags. Enter by way of West Cape May to avoid 
late summer traffic.

3. THE OCEAN beaches at Wildwood are 8.6 miles (17 minutes) away. A really fun boardwalk and water 
park are located in Wildwood.    
 
4. They have good beaches in Townbank (next small town below Villas) that are free and you can 
sail your boat there.  Those are only about 2  miles away.  Bay water but very clear, gentle waves, 
very warm.  These beaches are accessible on that main road that follows along the bay heading to the 
ferry. Free. 
 
5. Also, they can swim and have a great beach at the ferry beach- in the state park at ferry point- 
free- and only 3 miles away from my house. Again, very clear, shallow for a distance, great for 
small kids, warm.   This is my favorite b/c it's free, really large beach, kids can play on rocks, 
great fishing, water is always so warm.  Has portapotties, can watch the boats and ferries going out 
into the bay.  No crowds. New large shady gazebo.  I always take my guests here.  Great free parking

$600 for any week from 5/31 to 6/28/08
Special rate for week of 6/23 to 6/28 due to only 6 days availability
$1000 for any week from 6/28 to 8/23/08
$1300 for 8/23/08 to 8/30/08
$850 for 8/30 to 9/6/08
$600 for any week from 9/6 to 9/27/08
Long weekends negotiable

Off season monthly rates available after 9/27/08 -- negotiable
$200 Damage and cleaning security deposit required 

Pet fee is $65 per animal (2 small dogs only) non-refundable
