Building 11 is approximately 100 yds. from the beach. A board walk beach access is close and easy!!! The 30A area has a lot to offer in addition to the beach such as a 17 mile bike path, great restaurants, kayaking, Yolo Boarding, shoping, and great golf courses, etc.
