We lived in this condo for 9 months before building in Myrtle Beach. We maintain our property so
that
we can have our guest enjoy their stay in Myrtle Beach area. We live locally so we are available to
maintain the condo at the same level we enjoyed when we lived there. This is a first floor unit for
easy access. All Utilities included 2 Bedroom & 2 bath Condo with pull out sofa in living room
area. Great location on first floor.

 A $200 dollar non refundable(if cancelled) is required either in cash or Bank Check.  Once we agree on the date the time is no longer available to anyone else.  One guest must be 25 years of age or older. Your deposit will be refunded at check out minus $75 for cleaning IF NEEDED.

* Rates do NOT include Refundable Security Deposit of $200 Weekly or 400 Monthly.
* Weekly Rentals are from Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (11 am).
* Daily rentals $90.00 per night minimum of 3 nights 
* Check calendar for availability.
* If unit has not been cleaned a $75 fee will be charged. You may chose to pay $75 dollars for end
of stay cleanup of condo that will be subtracted from your security deposit.
