vacation rental description
Our log cabin is new and was built in 2004. We are in a gated, private, wooded community with lake
access to Lake Lure. We offer 2 kayaks and have a swimming area just a short walk from the cabin.
There are picnic tables, gazebos, fishing, swimming down at the lake. You can hike down to the lake
by a quaint waterfall.

cabin rental amenities
Jacuzzi in master bath, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided. We have a big
back deck that has a picnic table and gas grill. Our front porch is large and has 4 rocking chairs
to relax in.

vacation rental rates
Rates start at $125 to $195per night depending on season and the amount of people in your party. Our sumnmer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Call or email about rates during Holidays. Our cleaning fee is $75 in the summer and $50 outside of summer rentals. Sales tax is 11.75% We require a 2 night minimum outside of summer and 3 night rentals on Holidays. Christmas week is a weekly also.
