This property is located at 138 Palm Street, Satsuma, Florida 32189 and is at the end of Palm
Street.

Completely furnished--Linens, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, two refrigerators, microwave,
coffemaker, toaster oven. 3 TVs, DVD, CD player, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and
vacuum. Master bedroom has queen bed, "wicker" room has 2 twin beds, "bunk" room has double futon
on bottom and double bed on top, 2 additional twin beds and a trundle bed that can be pulled out.
Game room has ping pong table, fooseball table, and Nintendo and a pull out couch. Master bath as a
separate shower with garden tub. Dining table that seats 4, screened porch with table and chairs,
two bench seats, tikki torches, additional chairs to take out and sit by the water. Gas grill on
the dock, sink w/water perfect for perparing your fresh catch of the day and a hammock. Rod and
Reels for fishing. Board games and books for the evenings.

Tour the wilderness, watch nature at its finest, including turtles,
alligators, many birds, egrets, owls, hawks, or fish for various
types of fish (after all, this is the Bass Capital of the World) --

or fish without leaving your own scenic retreat -- Lots of big bass
live in those lily pads at the end of the property.

Visit Palatka’s famous oldest restaurant, Angel’s, for their
delicious burgers and shakes, or try prime rib, fish and shrimp
dishes at local restaurants, some overlooking the St. Johns River.

Antique shops, arts and crafts shows, flea markets, golf courses,
fishing tournaments, outlet mall shopping centers -- whatever your

$1,600 per month*, $750 per week*, $250 per night* with minimum stay of 2 nights.
Security deposits will be required to reserve this property. ($125 for daily, $350 weekly and $700
monthly). Total rental amounts are due in full at least two weeks prior to check-in unless other
arrangements are made between owners and renters. Security deposits will be refunded within two
weeks of check-out, provided there are no renter-related damages to property. Rental rates include
water, electricity up $100/month, cable TV and weekly trash pickups, regular yard maintenance.
