High peak season/Holidays: January - March     - - $1600/week -- $4200/month
Mid peak season:           April   - May       - - $1400/week -- $4000/month
50% required 30 days before arrival/balance due 10 days before occupancy
Security Deposit $500.00/refundable if there is no damage
Cleaning Fee $150.00
Nightly Rate - minumun 3 nights stay @$250.00 per night
