You won't be able to resist this newly-remodeled home situated at the end of a quiet (private) drive 
directly on the Grand River for your vacation getaway.  You'll enjoy the waterfront property as you 
rise each morning and gaze across the river from two sets of sliding doors.  Or, if you prefer, enjoy
your first cup of coffee outside on the wonderfully large deck that wraps itself around two sides of 
the home.

Bring your toys and launch your watercraft a half-mile down the road to enjoy a day of great fishing 
or water fun (virtually right outside your front door!).  You're minutes away from downtown Grand 
Haven either by boat or by car, so the world is at your fingertips!  You'll feel right at home when 
you return and park your toys in a garage that is as meticulous as the home and available during your
stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has three bedrooms (one on the main floor and two upstairs) 1-1/2 baths and easily sleeps 
8.  Build a fire inside the home in the cozy fireplace or under the stars in the outside firepit.  
Lots of room, the yard is well maintained and provides lush green grass without the worry of 
having to mow!  Couple that with new appliances, central air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer tv/dvd and 
you'll want for nothing!  All linens are included and small appliances provided.  Retreat in peace 
and quiet in a safe haven, or experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer.  The choice 
is yours...and don't forget the spacious two-car garage to keep your vehicles and toys clean, safe

Activities and Attractions

Boating, fishing, hiking, shopping and golf are just a few options available.  Taking in the special 
events of the summer such as the Musical Fountain, Coast Guard Festival, 4th of July fireworks, 
Power Boat Races, Bass Fishing Tournaments are a few others. Or, if you prefer, just stay home and 
absorb the peace, quiet and tranquility the property has to offer. You are able to dictate the 
events of your days and the pace of your nights. Stay up late in the evening and build a fire under 
the stars or rise early in the morning to see if the bass are biting.  This rental truly offers 
something for everyone and will surely create the fondest of memories.
