Historic Georgian style home in the quaint village of Elk Rapids. Formerly used as a B and B. 
Updated, comfortable home features 5 bedrooms, 3 with private baths in the rooms, one on the main 
floor. Beach and park right across the street. Sleeps 12 in beds, including a set of bunk beds. 
Large kitchen, spacious dining room, library/TV room, parlor, glass porch facing east for sunrises 
and large deck facing west at Grand Traverse Bay and Old Mission Peninsula for awesome sunsets. 
Attached garage, large yard featuring brick pavers, decking, and large cement patio. Huge basement 
makes a great kids play room on rainy days. Great layout for one large, or even two families. Plenty 
of parking, including for a boat or two. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete kitchen featuring a Sub-Zero fridge, 2 ovens, warming drawer, microwave & dishwasher. 
Washer and dryer. Beach toys, Stainless steel large BBQ, picnic table and lawn furniture. TV's, 
DVD's, games, movies. Linens provided. Extra fridge with icemaker in garage. 

Activities and Attractions

Beach and park across the street. Short walk downtown to the village's quaint shops, 
restaurants, movie theatre, harbor and marina. Boat Lake Michigan or the Famous "Chain of Lakes" 
including Elk and Torch Lakes. Centrally located and convenient to all of the best Northern 
Michigan's activities including various golf courses, wineries and small towns. 15 minutes to Turtle 
Creek Casino. 30 min's to Traverse City's Cherry Capital Airport.

$2,900 week  May 15-Sept 15 Sat to Sat    Plus 6% sales tax
 
$3,200 Harbor Days week July 26 - August 2

Half due at time of booking,(non-refundable)  remaining due 30 days prior to arrival

$500 security deposit $100 cleaning fee  Check in after 4 pm  Check-out 10 am
