kitchen, a sparkling screened pool and lanai and a 4 person heated jacuzzi.Private lake access for 
fishing. 
Play golf on dozens of championship courses a short distance away,four are less than 10 minutes from 
the house.Gulf of Mexico sandy beaches in St. Pete or Clearwater are less than a 60 min. drive.

$800 per week April-June
$850 per week July-November
$1200 per week December-March  Monthly and Season rates available

A $500 security deposit is required refundable with no damage to home. Home must be left clean to 
receive full refund of deposit.
Cleaning Service available @ an extra charge of $150.00 
11% Florida Hotel tax
$10 per day spa heat (optional)
No Pets
No Smoking inside home
No vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents or guardian
