This 3545 sq ft retreat is just perfect for a group or family gathering. It has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, formal/casual dining, family room, indoor hot tub, and video/game library for the plasma TV/DVD players and X-Box. Large deck with BBQ grill. Fully stocked with everything you will need to entertain your guests. It is licensed for up to 26 guests, with children 3 and under exempt from total.
Perfect getaway for a special event or celebration, wedding/anniversary, clubs of anykind, a girls night out, family reunion or corporate retreat. Whatever the occasion, we know it will work for you.

available prior to the show. The two productions this year are, "Annie Get Your Gun" and "The Hanging of El Bandito." Ask about tickets. This is a very popular activity and they do sell out quickly, so you may wish to get your tickets
early.
The local eateries have hot, fresh, delicious food made to order. You can't go home without trying one of their famous "Raspberry Shakes."
Bear Lakes' famous "Raspberry Days" will be on July 30-Aug 1 2009.
A lot of travelers come in for this festival. We will have a fair, local artisans, parade, and all kinds of activities available.
Just outside of Bear Lake in Montpelier, is the California-Oregon Trail Center.
Jackson Hole, Wyoming is about 155 miles to the north. A great day trip into the wild west.

Bear Lake Funtime Rental is a half block away for all your year-round rental needs.
Over the 4th of July the "Cruise In" will be in Logan. It is a 40 minute ride down Logan Canyon. Over 1000 classic cars come from all over the United States for this. There will be a parade and the band "Three Dog Night" will perform. They do a poker run up here to Bear Lake and park for a few hours for you to view the cars. It can't be missed!

Nightly rentals available. Money is due in full upon reservation.
When leasing more than 2 nts: *$1500 deposit due at time of signing
lease agreement, along with $500, which is the refundable security deposit.
Balance is then due 60 days prior to arrival.
No smoking or pets allowed. No exceptions.
Most major credit cards are accepted.
