Gorgeous Views Galore.  This 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home is located in Strathmere, NJ.  This 
house is located directly across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in south Jersey 
and is surrounded by expansive bay and beach views.  Sit on the nearly 1000 sq. ft. of decking and 
watch the sunrise and the sunset all from the same seat!!

Strathmere ia a quiet community of upscale single family homes which is located South of Atlantic 
City (20 minutes) between Ocean City (10 minutes)and Sea Isle (5 minutes).  Strathmere is approx. 65 
miles from Philadelphia and approx. 130 miles from New York City.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer/dryer unit, Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning, 3 TV's with cable 
(family room, den, and master bed), DVD/VCR combo in family room. 

Rental contains flatware, pots and pans, glasses, 
dishes, hand towels and kitchen appliances (blender and 
toaster), bedcover/spread, and bathroom floor mats.
Tenant supplies bath and beach towels, sheets and personal items.

Activities and Attractions

This home is located directly across the street from the beach where you are free to swim, surf, 
boogie board, and sun bathe.  Also, their is a large jetty on the beach where you are able to fish.  
Our home is located just minutes from fine resturants, the boardwalk's of Ocean City and Wildwood, 
and a short 20-25 min drive to the shows and the casino's of Atlantic City.  Also, their are local 
parks with playgrounds, tennis, and basketball courts and mini golf courses in Sea isle city less 
than 2 miles away.
