Vacation Rental Description

Mallard's Place is a beautiful luxury cabin located in Pinetop Lakes Country Club.  It is a new 3000 
SF cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths plus loft, 2 car garage with openers and a very large 
deck.  
Mallard's Place is fully furnished with brand new appliances, furniture, linens and all the extras.  
It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a views and access to the golf course.  The beautiful 
cool weather and serene surroundings can be enjoyed on the very large deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Mallard's Place is fully furnished with linens, dishes,cooking utensils etc.  The Master Suite is 
downstairs and has a fireplace, jacuzzi tub with separate shower, TV with satellite and DVD player. 
Upstairs there are two bedrooms.  One with a queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds.  One of the bunks 
has a queen bed on the bottom.  There is also a loft upstairs with a pullout sofa and big screen TV 
with satellite and DVD player. Sleeping accomodations for 11. The main living area features a 
beautiful kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar with seating and a cozy sitting area with a 
fireplace.  
Wireless internet is available.  Washer and Dryer available as well as outdoor gas BBQ.  

Activities and Attractions

Golfing, hiking, biking,fishing, Sunrise ski resort only a 30 minute drive.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates are $350/ night with a 3 night minimum.  Rates are $1600/week, $2200/week for Holidays.  
The monthly rate is $3500/month. There will be a $100 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit 
required.

JUNE & JULY SPECIALS 1500/Week..... $300 per night with only a 2 night minimum!
