Villas La Posada - On the Sea of Cortez - Ideal for Couples in La Paz

The complex is located in La Posada, a residential beachfront area of La Paz, a 30 minutes walk or short drive to downtown and the Malecon and 200 ft from the beach. Our condo is on the second floor overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard with its lap pool, Jacuzzi, and palapa, and the Sea of Cortez in the background. It offers a spacious master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and Mexican rustic style furniture with a touch of modern. It also has its own washer and dryer.
La Paz has a vast array of excellent restaurants. However, if you want to eat at home there is a large supermarket within walking distance and several others that you can drive to.
Private parking space. We would love to accommodate children however, the second floor balcony is not safe for them. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

touch of tourism. The city provides a romantic atmosphere with the perfect blend of quaint, small
town Mexican charm. It is unspoiled, casual, and tranquil. Its people are warm and hospitable. The
bay of La Paz is bathed by the beautiful pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez which was baptized by
Jacques Cousteau as "The Aquarium of the World".
The area is renowned for its fishing, diving, boating and whale-watching. And it is about one and-a-
half hours from Todos Santos and two hours from Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling,
shelling, kayaking, sailing, biking, museums, concerts, live theater, cinemas with current
movies in English, and beautiful sunsets.

A deposit of 50% is required at booking, the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: deposit fully refunded for cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival if unit is re-rented.                                                                                       

A $40 cleaning fee will be added to the rental fee for stays of up to 14 days and is due with the balance payment. For extended stays, cleaning will be scheduled at your convenience every 14 days.
