Our cabin is rented for the enitre summer.  We have availability beginning September 3, 2011

this newly renovated cabin is the perfect place to escape. Located just 2 miles from Main Street,
this cabin is the best of both worlds - close to the action yet far enough way!
Our cabin is filled with luxury amenities including hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops
in kitchen, flat screen tv's in living room and bedrooms, high speed wireless internet, DVD player,
and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, one King and one Queen,
as well as a sunroom with a sleeper sofa. Local telephone is included as well as satellite
television.
If relaxing is what you want, spend your days reading in the bright and airy sunroom. Want more
action? Highlands offers world class shopping, hiking, golf and tennis. Come and experience why so
many people love this town!

Hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops in fully equipped kitchen, 26" flat screen tv w/ dvd
player in living room, 19" flat screen tv in both bedrooms, air conditioning & heat, washer & dryer,
all linens provided, wood burning fireplace, local telephone, satellite television, high speed
wireless internet, refrigerator & freezer w/ icemaker, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher,
all new appliances, ironing board, iron, screened porch w/ dining table & chairs, charcoal grill.
Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels & garbage bags.

Antiquing, biking, hiking, horse back riding, golf, gourmet restaurants, live theatre during season,
shopping, live auctions, scenic overlooks, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, nature center, snow

We require a 3 night minimum on all rentals.  Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond to inquiries of less than 3 nights.

Peak Season (May 1 - Oct 31)
Weekly - $1550  Monthly - $4500  Nightly - $300

Off Season (Nov 1 - April 30)
Weekly - $1250  Monthly - $3300  Nightly - $200

Extra Fees
Sales & Occupancy Tax - 9.75%
Cleaning Fee - $100

$500 deposit to hold reservation (non-refundable)
Balance due 10 days before arrival
Payment Accepted: Personal or Cashiers Check, Money Order, Paypal.
Weekly Rentals are Saturday - Saturday
