Newly remodeled, comfortable, fully furnished, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in North
Coast Village. This condo is located steps from one of the largest
sandy beaches in southern California. Guests are furnished with body
boards, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys.
This condo comfortably sleeps four, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living
room. The balcony view is of a peaceful garden and fountain area and
offers a tranquil reprieve from the hustle and bustle of a southern
California beach. Outside of the front door and a few steps to the elevator is a remarkable view of the ocean, pool, pier, and patio area, as seen in my photos.

The amenities are numerous and perfect for a family beach vacation.
Enjoy two heated swimming pools, jacuzzis, full service gym with
saunas, recreation room with all necessary billiards and ping pong
equipment in condo, Koi ponds, putting green, patio grills overlooking
the ocean, 24-hour security, private parking all nestled in a tropical
paradise setting. We'll even reduce rates for a private surf lesson
from a local professional surfer for all weekly renters!

* The Metro Link, Coaster, and Amtrak station is located within
walking distance from the complex. The Metro Link travels north from
Oceanside to Los Angeles and the Coaster runs from Oceanside south to
San Diego. Amtrak has many trains traveling north and south daily.
* Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). San Diego County
has many golf courses within an hours drive. Oceanside has several
municipal golf courses within a 20 minute drive from this condo. Camp
Pendleton Marine Corps Base also has a golf course within 20 minutes
drive from this location. The complex does have a common putting green.
* Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s).
There are several ski resorts within a 2 hour drive, Mountain High and
Bear on Big Bear Mountain.
* Shopping and Dining: can be reached by a short walk or by driving
for 20 minute(s). The Oceanside Harbor is a short walk from the
complex and offers an array of restaurants from fine seafood dining to
pizza grottos. Many of the restaurants offer Happy-Hour specials and
nightly entertainment. Shopping is also available at the Oceanside
Harbor with many specialty shops ranging from souvenirs to beach
attire. Jet ski rentals, kayaks, fishing pier, whale-watching, and
fishing excusions are also available at the Oceanside Harbor.

Currently seeking long-term renter(s) beginning on September 1, 2013. Requires a 1 year lease. Rental fee is $1600 without utilities included or $1750 with utilities included (electric, telephone, wireless Internet). A refundable security deposit of $800 is required, plus recent references for long-term tenants.

$600 per week, $1500 per month off season (September - May)
$900 per week, $3000 per month high season (June - August)
Nightly rentals available during off-season for a minimum of 3
nights, $100 per night and high season is a minimum of 3 night and is $180 per night.
All summer, weekly, and nightly rentals must pay a $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee.

Rates include all utilities and amenities.
Security deposit of $400 due 30 days before occupancy.Cancellations
before 30 days of occupancy, no fees. After 30 days, tenant will
forfeit entire deposit. Deposit returned within 30 days of vacating
premises after complete owner inspection.
