Monongahela National Forest. 

Unwind in the outdoor hot tub on a large private deck while enjoying the sounds of a nearby babbling 
brook and taking in the star filled sky. 

Enjoy spectacular winter views and cool summer nights from the large wrap around deck.

Unlimited WIFI high speed internet access provided.

Guests have access to 2 canoeing and fishing lakes exclusive to the gated Timberline community.  
Canoes available on a first come first serve basis in Timberline through Canaan Realty.  Guests also 
have complimentary use of Mirror Lake at the Canaan Realty office for fishing, canoeing, swimming, 
paddle boating, custom log pavillion with picnic table, sandy beach and floating dock.

The gated Timberline community also provides access with parking to hiking and mountain biking 
trails in the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area and on the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge.

Great year round location; minutes to the ski areas, state parks and all area attractions!

Non-Smoking, No Pets, Requires 4WD in Winter.
