Quaint 3 Bedroom 2 bath house on the beach in Amagansett. Sleeps 5-7. Plenty of lush green lawn
for children to play on or watch the sunsets and sailboat races from your Adirondack chairs. Stairs
leads to a beautiful sandy beach which includes a boat mooring.

There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioners. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has a twin
bed, and the Living room has a queen sofa bed. All linens and towels are provided. The main
bathroom has a tub, while the seconded bathroom off the master bedroom has a shower. The living
room has cable TV with a DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots,
silverware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and full size washer and dryer. Outside there is a gas
BBQ grill, patio set, lounge chairs, and an outside shower.
