Low Season (June 1 through September 30)
Monthly  $2800 Weekly $1200 Nightly $225.00
Any Electric or Amerigas over $125.00 each shall be paid by renter
Refundable Security deposit of $750.00  required with signed 
agreement. Remaining balance and $150.00 cleaning fee due 30 days 
prior to rental.
