Vacation Rental Description

A large, lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary home that sleeps up to
5 is located in the quaint village of Flat Rock, known as "The Little
Charleston of the Mountains", just 4 miles from the famous Flat Rock
Playhouse and 3-1/2 miles from historic downtown Hendersonville.

This 2276 sq. ft. home has a large, beautifully furnished Great Room,
decorated in "lodge" style.  A 42-inch flat screen TV over the
fireplace ensures whole-room viewing.  The handcrafted mantle with its
gas log fireplace gives the room a warm cozy atmosphere.  In one end
of the room is a dining table with an adjacent, matching octagon game
table.  The room opens to a covered porch where you can sip your
morning coffee and listen to the babbling brook below.
Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with a large island breakfast bar.  There is a
large king master with a private bath and walk-in shower.  The 2nd
bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and is colorfully decorated. 
On these walls are original oil paintings by a family artist.  Another
full bathroom with tub/shower serves this bedroom.
This home is smoke-free, pet-free and professionally cleaned before
each visit.

Hendersonville is entered in the National Registry of Historic Places.
 The 14 blocks that constitute the Historic District, have many art
galleries, coffee houses and specialty shops.  It boasts of more than
120 businesses, including 7 major banks, all on Main Street.  You'll
find restaurants in the area with every type of cuisine, from Mexican,
Bar-B-Q, fine steak houses, seafood and a 50-year old Hot Dog World
(don't miss this one).

Vacation Rental Rates

Short Stays:
$130 night,  Off-Peak;              $150 night  PEAK    (2-night minimum) 

Weekly Rates:
Off Peak Season:   November 2 - March 15,    $500 week
Peak Season:   March 30 - November 1,    $750 week

$60 cleaning fee per stay, 10% state and local tax
$150 Refundable Deposit required with reservation. Cancellations fully
refundable with 30 days notice
50% of total plus deposit due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. 
Keys will be mailed upon receipt of fees
Last minute reservations are due in full upon booking.
