Hwy 267. It has views of the lake from the top and bottom deck. A
tree provides partial shade. It has an open floor plan, light
carpeting and electric heating. Walk out onto the sand from the master
bedroom. This is a quiet complex, great place for families to stay and
enjoy the beach, or for people on the go who want easy access to
outdoor sports and resorts. Manager on site.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths. 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins. The master
bedroom has a private bath/vanity area and large closet. The kitchen
is fully equipped with dishwasher and electric appliances. In the
great room there is a love seat and couch,
a dining room table and wood burning stove and TV/DVD and CDPlayer.
Condo has linens and towels and a full sized washer/dryer. The patio
has comfortable furniture.

fishing, swimming, water sports.

$250 per night September through May
$2100 per week, Weekly rentals only June through August
$150 additional cleaning fee for all rentals
$250 refundable deposit on all rentals
10% tax added to all rental monies

$125 week Buoy administrative fee (fee is same whether 1 day or 1 week)
