Sunrises and Sunsets in Pensacola Beach

Life on the beach - what more could you ask for? This home is located on one of the most beautiful
white sand beaches in the Florida Panhandle. With plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunrises and
sunsets, the home is a place to get away from it all. If you watch closely, dolphins will reward you
with a graceful swim.

This house is just a few feet away from a boardwalk that provides easy access directly to the beach
and Gulf of Mexico. The White Sands subdivision and boardwalk are next to a dune preservation area,
so the beauty of the beach and sand dunes are yours to enjoy.

Views of the water can be seen from from the southern windows of the house, 2 balconies and a
rooftop deck. There are 2 den areas in the house, each with it's own TV. Although there are many
wonderful restaurants nearby, the kitchen is large and spacious to prepare any special meals during
your stay.

Information to keep in mind: There is absolutely no smoking at this house. The rental price does not
include sales tax (11.5%) or the cleaning fee $150. A $750 deposit will be required to hold the
reservation and will be kept as a security depost until the rental period has ended.

There are many activities that you will find on Pensacola Beach including wind sailing, wave
runners, mini-golf, bike rentals, deep sea fishing, sailing, and parasailing. Just a few miles away
you can play golf, go antiquing, find a great museum, visit the Zoo, or relax a a movie theater. Of
course there's always shopping and plenty of restaurants to enjoy.
