This lovely clean ocean view desirable ground floor condo (no hassle
waiting for elevator or climbing stairs) has just been painted and new kitchen cabinetry installed. The condo offers two bedrooms and two  baths. The property is
tastefully furnished and beautifully  decorated with new ceramic tile
floors. It is fully equipped with everything  you will need for a
stress free holiday. Enjoy the pool close to the unit and the peaceful
patio area. The ocean is across the street, and from the patio it is
only forty steps. There is no driving on the beach and it is a natural
turtle nesting habitat. This is a perfect location for families with
children.The condo complex is well maintained and surrounded by
beautiful tropical foliage.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, 
microwave, 3 cable tv's, vcr, all linens and towels provided, 2 
telephones, local calls only. Smoking on patio only. No pets please.

*In regard to whether a property is ocean front, beach front etc.* I 
spoke to several realtors in the Ormond Beach Area and everyone of 
them said "any property along Ocean Shore Blvd. or A1A is considered 
Ocean Front." If the property is East of A1a then it is 

considered "Direct Oceanfront." My condo is OCEANFRONT!

Activities and Attractions

From this excellent location you are only minutes away from world 
famous Daytona Beach. Many activities in the area. Visit Daytona 
International Speedway, home of NASCAR. Golf courses abound in the 
area, including the LPGA. Take to the ocean for some of the world's 
best charter fishing, or an evening of fun on a casino cruise to 
nowhere. From the dog track to one of the largest flea markets, to the
Volusia County Mall, there is something for everyone. Disney, Sea
World, Universal Studios and a large outlet mall are only 1.5 hrs. away.

$700.00 weekly Feb. Mar. Apr.
$500.00 weekly May
$600.00 weekly June july and Aug.
$500.00 Sept. to end of year.
$1,300.00 Month of January plus tax and cleaning
Special Event Weeks Higher.
Six person Maximum.
$200.00 Sec. Dep. Refundable if no damage. Cleaning fee of $70.00
plus 12.5% tax.

Cancellations - Must be received in writing at least 30 days prior 
to scheduled arrival date to be eligible for prepayment refund; 
deposit is forfeited.

Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Special event weeks 60 days prior to arrival.
