Biketoberfest & Vacation Rental in Daytona Beach

This is a cute 1 bedroom condo with a pull out in the living area. Lots of care has been taken to
make this as comfortbable and convenient as possible. It is within walking distance to the beach,
(approximately 2 blocks), within 1 block of the infamous "Main Street" area and just across the
bridge from downtown Daytona Beach. This is just one block from BIKETOBERFEST festivities. Don't

Biketoberfest festivities begin just a block away. There are many other activities in the area to
participate in depending on the time of year of your stay. We have a nice water park very near this
condo, and we are only 45 minutes from Central Florida's main attractions, Disney World, Sea World,
Wet N Wild and of course a couple of blocks from the "World's Most Famous Beach" You will find a
variety of restaurants within easy walking or just a short drive. Take a short drive to the "dog
track" for a bit of fun or across the street for a stroll through the mall. Our Ocean Walk is only a
couple of blocks away with clubs, shops and restaurants right on the ocean.

The rates vary depending upon season and events taking place in Daytona Beach. Rates will vary from
$100 per night and up. Speed Week, Bike Week, rates are $1000 per week. There is a 3 night minimum
stay throughout the year. Long term rental rates slightly lower. State and local taxes of 12.5%
apply. There is a $60 cleaning fee. Security/damaage deposit is $400. Deposits are payable by
personal check if rented 45-60 days prior to your stay. If rental is made less than 45 days prior
to intended stay, money order or cashier's check is required and entire amount due is to be paid in
