Vacation Rental Description

Four bedroom, three bathroom condominium on two levels near Mission Bay Park right on San Diego Bay 
and a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean Beaches. The condominium consists of a living room and 
dining room that has been completely remodeled in Janurary 2008. Combination, bathroom (also 
remodeled) and bedroom on the first level as well as a front loading high speed washer and dryer in 
a stack configuration.

Master bedroom, two baths, two bedrooms on 3rd level. 

The front of the condominium is all glass both levels and overlooks San Diego Bay. 

On the first level the living room-dining room combination has a fantastic view of the bay; the full 
kitchen is open with lots of counter space and storage; a full bathroom is private to the bedroom. 
On the second level are a master bedroom with magnificent view of the bay, two bedrooms and the 
second and third full bathrooms. The bedroom #1 (master) has a king-size bed. Bedroom #2 has bunk 
beds (double and twin). Bedroom #3 has a queen. Bedroom #4 (first level) has two twin beds. 

The house is fully furnished: bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen with an under the 
cabinet microwave oven, electric range, electric cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage 
disposal etc., all cooking and dining utensils. There is a 27 inch color TV, a , a DVD, a CD/Tape-
stereo and high speed DSL internet. 

Parking is a single car port with additional overnight public parking a 3 minute walk away. A coin 
operated laundry facility is in the building. The exterior of the building has also just been 
repainted.
