A North Myrtle Beach favorite for years, Xanadu III 704 is sure to make this the BEST vacation ever! Located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this one bedroom, one bath condo on the oceanfront is perfect for a couple or a family of four. The view is amazing from the 7th floor and you can see miles down the beautiful coastline. Eat breakfast in the morning, or enjoy an evening cocktail on the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze as it floats off the water. There is an oceanfront outdoor pool and sundeck. On-site and off-site parking is available.

Unit 704 has a king bed in the bedroom and a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony. The bathroom is accessible from inside the bedroom and features a garden tub as well as a separate shower and a double vanity. We remodeled this bathroom last season and updated the vanity cabinets and installed new tile throughout – very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and furnished with everything you need to prepare meals. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The living room is bright and cheery and has a sliding door leading out onto the oceanfront balcony. The sofa converts to a queen bed for addtional sleeping space.You will love the spacious floor plan for this one bedroom unit. Linens and departure cleaning are provided for each rental at no additional cost. The unit features 2TV’s, VCR, and DVD for guest use as well as wireless internet access. Unit 704 is a non-smoking unit.
