Located at the gateway to Wailea, Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular S. Kihei condominium 
resorts. It's ideal location, spacious grounds, and complete amenities make Kamaole Sands the ideal 
resort for your Maui vacation.

World class golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are all just a short walk or drive. Maui's 
finest beaches are a 1 minute walk from your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy beaches 
that are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic sunset strolls. They

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly remodeled, air conditioned, 2BR/2BA, 1200 sq. ft. condo, with fully equipped kitchen. The 
condo comfortably sleeps 6. Queen bed, 2 twin beds, murphy bed, ceiling fans, cable TV's, DVD, high 
speed internet, & CD stereo. All linens and towels are included. Washer and dryer is located in the 
unit. We also provide beach equipment & beach towels for your enjoyment. Parking is reserved & free.

restaurants are all nearby. Tennis, horseback riding, whale watching, swimming, scuba diving,

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 or more 
days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refunds for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
