twin beds, murphy bed, ceiling fans, cable TV's, DVD, high speed
WiFi internet, & CD stereo. All linens and towels are included. Washer and
dryer is located in the unit. We also provide beach cooler & beach
towels for your enjoyment. Parking is reserved & free.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
