Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful home is located near West Gulf Drive and set on 2+ private acres. Only a few
minutes walk from one of the finest shelling beaches in the world, this property has everything
you need for a fabulous vacation.
The house overlooks 2 ponds and the abutting conservation land, so the
wildlife views are always entertaining. Lush gardens and fields abound.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking or biking distance.
The large master bedroom, with king sized bed, has a window seat
with a view of the large pond and the conservation.
There is a master bath with tub and separate shower.
A second bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding doors to the
sunroom/porch.
A fun kids room has a bunk bed (twin on top and double on the bottom).
The fourth bedroom (or den) has a comfortable double futon and sliding
pocket doors for privacy.
There is a second bathroom with tub and shower.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Kitchen is new and fully equipped.
The livingroom has a 52 inch TV with DVD, VCR, stereo, and shelves
filled with books, games and puzzles to entertain all ages.
Two of the other bedrooms have TVs (one with VCR).
There are 2 decks:
A smaller raised deck affords shade in summer, BBQ, and of course,
incredible wildlife views.
The front deck is huge and peaceful with plenty of sun. This is the
perfect spot to relax or entertain.
There are deck chairs and bikes available.
Washer and dryer are brand new.
There is a shell washing station and outside shower (with hot water).
Activities and Attractions
Sun and swim at the beach.
Recreation center with pool, gym and weight room are close by.
Golf courses.
Bike paths everywhere.
Kayaks, canoes, jet skis and other boats are available for rental.
Fishing.
Bird watching at various wildlife preserves.
Public library, restaurants and cinema.

February-April: $7000.00
May-November: $4500.00
December: $6500.00
Rates based on a 28 day rental period. Please contact for specials or
extended rental arrangements.
Rates do not include mandatory 11% Florida tax.
