If you are looking for privacy and love nature, then look no further.
This beautiful home is centrally located, and set on 2+ private acres. Only a few minutes walk from one of the finest shelling beaches, and surrounded by conservation, this property has everything you need for a fabulous vacation.
The house overlooks 2 ponds and the abutting conservation land, so the
wildlife views are always entertaining. Lush gardens and fields abound.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking or biking distance.
The huge master bedroom, with king sized bed, has a comfortable window lounge with a view of the largest pond and the conservation.
There is a master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
A second bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding doors to the
sunroom/porch.
A fun kids room has a bunk bed (twin on top and double on the bottom).
The fourth bedroom has a full size bed.
There is a second bathroom with tub and shower, as well as beautiful outdoor shower (with hot water).

The livingroom has a 52 inch TV with DVD, VCR, stereo, and shelves
filled with books, games and puzzles to entertain all ages.
There are 2 decks:
A smaller raised deck affords shade in summer, BBQ, and of course, the
incredible wildlife views.
The front deck is huge and peaceful with plenty of sun. This is the
perfect spot to relax or entertain.
There are deck chairs and bikes available.
Of course, there is a washer and dryer.
Linens and towels are included.
Outside, there is also a convenient shower and foot shower for rinsing off sand after a lovely day at the beach.
