Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, Ralph Lauren style, ocean view country home with separate and private guest house located  
in the hills of West Malibu overlooking Zuma Beach and Broad Beach.  The beach is about a ten minute  
or less walk and a two minute or less drive.  There is ample free parking available on the Pacific  
Coast Highway as well as ample fee parking in the county beach lot.  A small retail center is  
located minutes from the house which offers a full service grocery store, a beach gift/necessities  
store, a postal annex, a dry cleaner, a nursery and a starbucks!  You will definitely view a  
celebrity or two there during your stay.  We are close by to the center of Malibu which offers  
shopping, cinemas, restaurants and night life.  Zuma Beach, for those with young ones or teens,  
offers a fabulous beach surf camp which teaches water safety skills, surfing, etc.  It is available  
by the season, the week or the day.  On the opposite side of our home lies the Santa Monica Mountain  
Range.  The hiking/mountain biking is phenomenal and endless.  Our home is magical and has never  
been rented previously.  It is our home, not a rental property and its many amenities attest to  
this.  We are heading off to the Rockies for the summer so thought we would share some of the  
magic.  There is a pool with jacuzzi, a gas fire pit and numerous outdoor areas for entertaining.   
By the way, there hasn't been a summer I know of yet that a barge, or two, hasn't shown up on Zuma  
or  
Broad Beach for a Fourth of July extravaganza....yes, magical.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home has been completely remodeled within the past two years....guest house was finished one year  
ago. Gourmet chef's kitchen in main house.  Fully equipped kitchen in guest house. Plazma tv in main  
living area and in guest house living area.  Three ensuite king bedrooms; one ensuite office that  
can be converted into two twins or another king if needed.  Air conditioning/ceiling fans in each  
room.  Satellite HDTV and wireless internet.  Built-in stereo system.  Pool, jacuzzi and gas fire  
pit.  Outdoor lanai sitting area with fridge/sink/gas heater/gas barbecue.  Two ocean kayaks  
avalable.  

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, shelling, fishing, boating, sightseeing,  
fitness center nearby, horseback riding nearby, live theater, windsurfing, basketball courts nearby,  
diving.

Vacation Rental Rates

$20,000 per month. 
Seasonal Rental Only. 
June 15 through September 30. 
Two month minimum is preferred. 
Discount is available for three month rental. 
One month minimum rental please.
