Vacation Rental Description

You'll feel right at home in this fully equipped, tastefully  
decorated, immaculately clean condo in a beachfront development on  
beautiful Sanibel Island, where the beach is just steps from your  
front door.    
 
If you've been to Sanibel, you already know why residents and  
visitors call it "paradise." If this is your first visit, get ready  
for a wonderful, relaxing family vacation. Sanibel is a special  
place with miles of unspoiled beaches, huge undeveloped wildlife  
preserves, great local shopping and restaurants, and no high-rise  
buildings. . .not even one traffic light! 
 
The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building.  You  
enter the condo into a spacious living room with a 27-inch cable TV  
with DVD/VCR, a stereo/CD player, and a queen-size sofabed that  
comfortably sleeps two adults. There is a separate dining area,  
seating six. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer,  
electric range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully  
equipped with dishes, flatware, coffeemaker, pots, etc. The dining  
area has sliding glass doors leading onto a large screened lanai,  
where you can dine or have a glass of wine while admiring beautiful  
views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. 
 
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own bath with shower,  
and a TV. There is another screened lanai off the master bedroom  
overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds. The second bedroom  
has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have large closets and plenty of  
storage space. There is another full bath with tub next to the  
second bedroom. The condo also has its own washer/dryer. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our spacious two-bedroom condo is part of Sanibel Arms West, one of  
the best-managed, best-value complexes on the island. On the grounds  
you'll find a screened-in heated pool, free Wi-Fi access, gas grills,  
tennis and basketball courts, a private boat dock, and 500 feet of  
pristine beach with some of the best shelling in the world. On-site  
management is available to take care of your every need.

Activities and Attractions

On the island there's golf, shopping, great restaurants, sightseeing  
tours, fishing, boating, windsurfing, a health/beauty spa, live  
theatre, and a movie theatre.  
 
Enjoy wildlife viewing, guided tours, kayaking, and nature museums  
at the Ding Darling Nature Preserve.  
 
Rent a bicycle and ride miles of bike paths throughout the island.

January 31-April 17, 2009 .. $2150/week

For stays of 2 wks or longer, a 10% discount will be applied.
