home located on a private, end of cul-de-sac lot, on the south side of Lake Havasu.   
3rd bathroom has a full shower in garage...perfect for extra shower space when returning  
from a day at the lake.  All the comforts of home with a great room kitchen/living room arrangement.  
Master bedroom bath has walk in shower with 4 spa shower heads and full walk in closet. RV Hook-Ups  
with space to park on side. Great view of the sunset over the lake as you B-B-Q on the covered patio  
or relax on the above deck accessible via the spiral staircase. Lake and Mountain views. Master has  
Queen Bed & TV/DVD.  2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed & TV/DVD.  3rd Bed has double Futon.  Living Room has  
sectional with double sofa bed, TV/DVD.  All TV's have cable.  Full Laundry Room

Activities and Attractions

Lake Havasu offers a variety of activities.  Boating, fishing, swimming, personal water craft,  
parasailing, water skiing, wake boarding are just some of the water activities.  You can go dirt  
bike or off road riding, play Golf, ride go carts, go bowling, go to the races at Sara Park, visit  
the Aquatic Center or go to the Movies. There are lots of Restaurants to choose from.  Visit the  
London Bridge or go for a ride on the ferry and visit Havasu Landing Casino.  Laughlin is just an  
hour or so away and Las Vegas is about 2 1/2 hours.

                 Daily   $135/night (2 night Min) 
                 Weekly  $750 (6 nights/7days)        
                 Holiday $175/night (3 night Min) 
                 Weekly  $860 (6 nights/7days)          
Winter Rates  :  November - March   Please Inquire for special rates.  
                  
Deposits: $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit and $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee
