Fine quality construction in the heart of town and a 1 1/2 minute walk to 

the beach. Interior is spacious with high ceilings, arched doorways and elegant curves.

This unit is on the second floor with a view of town from the balcony and a beautiful church from the entry porch.  Melissa Marin, a Samara resident is my property manager and will help you during your stay

Samara beach is popular with Costa Rican families. Its expansive beach has gentle waves lined
with coconut trees. Samara has good road access and is close to an airstrip if you wish to fly in
from San Jose.

Sleeping Space:Master bedroom has queen sized bed,  a bathroom, ample closet space. 

The guest room has two twin beds & a good closet & a spare mattress. There is a small extra room with a twin bed that leads to a lovely enclosed balcony with windows that do open. Both those rooms share a common bathroom at the end of the hall. The sheets are all high thread count of 440.
Kitchen: Microwave, stove, fridge, cookware.. fully equipped
Laundry room: Washer/Dryer, sink
Common Space: Dining room table seating six, sofa, chairs, a casual eating bar area near the kitchen
Misc. Five air conditioners in the unit as well as cable TV w/DVD player.
There are two phone connections, one for a computer... and a swimming pool with shade cabana.

In Samara there are many fine eating places and a colorful main street with arts n craft vendors.  There's a gym to work out, surfing lessons and an excellent language school.
One can swim in the ocean, scuba dive, sail, go deep sea fishing, look for dolphins, zip line through the trees and horseback ride on the beach.
Directly across the street from the condo you can go to the Internet Cafe, enjoy the local art gallery there, or book a day trip of sight seeing.

It's a very nice place to be.

Low season $125 per day, High season $150 per day, Xmas & Spring Break $175 per day

$750 - $1000 per week (depends on season)

$1750 - $3000 per month - negotiable
