Vacation Rental Description

Tropical Paradise in Laguna Beach 
 
 
The house is located in a col-du-sac street in a very nice  
neighborhood, in walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches, the nearby 5-Star  
Montage Resort and shopping center/restaurants.  
3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms, (1300 sqft), with a swimming pool,  
spa and wonderful landscaped tropical backyard with  
waterfall/fishpond, sundeck with breathtaking oceanviews,  
fireplace, WiFi,TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo, fully equipped kitchen. 
 
The masterbedroom consists of a queensize bed (sleeps 2),  
has plenty closet space and a private bathroom with a shower, it  
also has a sliding-glass door to the yard/pool. 
Bedrom #2 consists of a full size bed (sleeps 2) with plenty of  
closet space. 
Bedroom #3 / den, is seperated to the living room by sliding  
doors, with a seperate sliding-glass door to the backyard, it has  
a high quality, comfortable futon/sofa bed (sleeps 2);  that room  
can be used as an extension to the livingroom.  
The living room has a big L-shaped sofa couch, TV/VCR/Stereo  
with outdoor speakers, fireplace and sunlights.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator with  
freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee/expresso/cappucino  
maker, all the dishes, pots and pans..... 
A large rustic kitchen table connects the kitchen with the living  
room, oceanview.  
Bathroom #2 has a bathtub with shower 
Extras: Small/medium size pool and spa (jacuzzi), landscaped,  
private tropical yard with waterfall and big sundeck with gorgous  
ocean views. 
Small, well trained pets are OK. 
The garage and a added room in the backyard will be off limits  
for the owners personal belongings. 
In the front of the house is a beautiful planted yard, a driveway for  
parking (there is always plenty addtitonal parking in front of the  
house on the street available) 
The front porch has a partial oceanview.

Vacation Rental Amenities

One street behind the house starts the Laguna Greenbelt  
Wildernis Area, ideal for hiking and biking. The beach is in  
walking distance (10 Min.), the nearby shopping center (1 Min.) is  
out of sight but provides everything from Restaurants,  
Mailconnecton, take-outs, grocery store, drugstore, pet store,  
doctors, vetenarian, dentist, coffee/sandwich shop,.... 
A nice 9 hole golf course is right around the corner tucked away  
in a beautiful canyon. 
Main Beach and the center of Laguna is a short scenic drive  
away, 2 miles to the North.  
Across the street from the Montage Resort (voted one to the top 5 resorts in the USA).
