second floor. There are two bedrooms, a bath, laundry room and game room on the first floor; two
additional bedrooms and a bath on the second floor and a master suite on the third floor. The top
floor has a private bath and a balcony offering spectacular ocean views.

The house is in "Bristol" condition and flows very well for entertaining.

The house rental comes with a pass to a private beach just a mile away - The Caleb Beach Association,
which is adjacent to the Chappaquiddick Beach Club (where Jaws was filmed).

There is an outdoor shower and a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and chairs. 

Chappaquiddick is a paradise for people who love the ocean. The island has the best blue fishing on
Martha's Vineyard, miles of public beaches for shelling, acres of shallow bays for clamming, great
launch sites for wind surfing, firm anchorages for sailors, beautiful salt ponds for kayaking and
miles of hiking and biking trails.

Hoot Hill is just a mile from the "On Time" ferry, which takes you across the harbor to Edgartown -
with its many great restaurants, fashionable shops, art galleries and historic homes.
